Jonathan Brateman Properties, Inc. has provided
Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Real Estate services in the Metro
Detroit area since incorporation in 1989. For over 19 years Jonathan
Brateman Properties, Inc. has assisted hundreds of clients with
their relocation, expansion, and new office needs.
Jonathan Brateman Properties, Inc. strives to provide a unique,
pleasant experience with commercial real estate in Southeastern
Michigan and use our vast knowledge, experience, and expertise to
benefit whomever we work with.
Due to his experiences with local governments spanning
over 20 years, zoning ordinances are an area of expertise for Jonathan
Brateman. Jonathan Brateman has assisted many property owners and
tenants through the often confusing ‘maze’ of zoning.
Jonathan Brateman has developed valuable contacts and experience
through his experiences with local governments, which is an advantage
to those who work with Jonathan Brateman Properties, Inc.
About Jonathan Brateman
Prior
to creating Jonathan Brateman Properties, Inc., Jonathan Brateman
graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from the
University of Michigan. Jonathan Brateman only worked in the commercial
real estate industry of Southeastern Michigan for a few years before
establishing his own company. Jonathan Brateman Properties, Inc.
was established in Novi back in 1989 and has since remained in Novi
for over 19 years. As President of Jonathan Brateman Properties,
Inc. Jonathan Brateman has been active in developing the city of
Novi, as well as surrounding locations in Oakland County, Michigan. Jonathan Brateman is a
past President of Young Israel of Southfield and is married to Lea.
The determination and hard work of Jonathan Brateman have been imperative
to the success of Jonathan Brateman Properties, Inc. in the commercial
real estate industry. In 2002 Jonathan Brateman, with his brother
Dr. Robert Brateman, built their own building in Novi.
